Welcome to the Texas Congressional District GIS Web Site
The Texas Congressional District Geographic Information System (TCD-GIS) Web site has been produced by the Texas A&M University Spatial Sciences Laboratory and the Texas Water Resources Institute. Our goal is to provide Congressional staff with readily accessible, easily used, interactive web-based maps of their new 110th U.S. Congressional Districts.
A wide variety of information is available through the TCD-GIS site, including:
- Administrative boundaries
- Transportation Infrastructure
- Natural Resource Information
- Census data concerning race, age, income, etc. at various levels of aggregation
This is a small sample of the data types that are available on the site, but by no means a complete list. The site in under continuous development and additional information will be added regularly. We encourage you to read through the help information and tutorial provided on this Web site before launching the mapping application.
